Requirement

Manage planning and execution of Leadership Development calendar for VDSI in alignment with Verizon Leadership University (VZLU) strategy

? Ensure Leadership Development opportunity is provided to all people Managers to meet the Verizon (Vz ) guidelines

? Liaise with certified facilitators from HR and Leadership team for effective delivery

? Acquire certification and facilitate VZLU courses (4 days a month)

? Track all Leadership Development key metrics with help of location coordinators and report on monthly basisManage planning and execution of bi-monthly (Soft –skills) Core Development calendar in alignment Leadership capabilities

? Ensure learning opportunity is provided to all employees in individual contributor roles to meet organizations learning targets

? Conduct development needs analysis (DNA) on periodic basis to align core development courses to changing needs of the business

? Liaise with vendors to ensure effectively delivery of courses and maintain 90% and above feedback

? Track key metrics on weekly basis with help of location coordinators and required follow up actionResponsible for ensuring the smooth conduct of all programs at location with the help of local coordination support

? Responsible to ensure that training data is reported on time and accurately for the location

? Approve all education assistance claims for location on timely manner

? Liaison with leaders at location to take feedback on Talent Development activities

Quality

? Monitor quality of Leadership & Core Development courses at both locations and take corrective action where necessary

? Responsible to monitor quality of delivery of technology & core development courses at location through location coordinators
