Requirement

Sr Business Development  Engineer

  1. To work with the sales team to develop and review applications of process valves and solenoid valves .
  2. To achieve sales targets of PA products in assigned geographical area .
  3. To work closely with purchase team for technical support (if and when required) to source process valves from valve manufacturers .
  4. Conduct   process valve trainings to existing FA sales team.
  5. Review business projections and develop annual marketing/sales plans with direct and functional leaders
  6. Identify and develop new suppliers of process valves to suit key strategic partner relationships and alliances in the assigned target region
  7. Track and Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion

 

Sr Sales Engineer –Didactic

  • Push Didactic sales – training equipments for Technical Training Institutes, Engineering Colleges, Industrial Training Centres, Vocational Training Centres etc.
  • Business development activities to promote Didactic product range.
  • Key Account Management.
  • Create key accounts to offer training solutions.
  • Carry out basic marketing activities to promote the Didactic business.
  • Solution sales to create project enquiries.

Sr. Sales Engineer/Sales Engineer

Has primary responsibility for a customer portfolio, that mainly comprises
medium, big (Origional equipment manufacturers) OEMs , End User and strategic
customers and prospects of the Segment.
• Provides Automation solutions to Machinery manufacturers – of OEMs & End user
like (Mahindra), Manuafacturer of Special Purpose Machine, M/c Tools, Tyre
making machine,
• Effectively handles the assigned customers through consultative selling of
products and deep knowledge of applications and customer process
• Responsible for customer visit planning, using existing tools for monitoring,
documentation and classification
• Analyzes the market to search for new potential customers
• Defines pricing according to customer situation in coordination with his
manager
• Is the main contact to customer and initiates team selling in case of complex
projects
