    •          Must have had at least 16+ years of hands on Database Administration in either Oracle or SQL Server. Deep understanding of options on both technologies with ability to provide inputs            based on Edition and Application requirements.
    •          Ability to provide guidance, handle technical escalations, and provide inputs for executive summaries / RCAs
    •          Understanding of Application and Infrastructure Stacks from a Performance & Scalability perspective
    •          Experience in a 24X7 production environment, Fast troubleshooting and resolution skills
