Requirement

In-depth understanding of current Voice & Video networking technologies and specialization in Cisco and Avaya Telephony & Contact Centre Solutions â?¢ Extensive hands-on technical skills to cover installation, configuration, administration and advanced troubleshooting of voice, video and Contact Centre network in large enterprise â?¢ Experience of working within a Service environment and technical teams of IT experts â?¢ Experience of working on ITIL ticketing systems (Service now) and understand ITIL framework â?¢ Experience in representation in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings â?¢ Experience of being able to highlight issues and solutions â?¢ Experience of managing outsourced or offshore supplier support groups â?¢ In depth understand and troubleshooting skills for Cisco IP Telephony, Voice Gateway, Video conferencing, voice mail system, Contract Centre solution and Avaya PBX system. â?¢ Maintain relationships with circuit vendor, Network Device OEMs and other suppliers/ sub-contractors and also act as a single point of contact. â?¢ Manage TFTP services to appropriately support and manage Core Device Software updates to Voice System CIs â?¢ Hands on with strong understanding of CME and CUCM â?¢ Voice and Video quality monitoring and troubleshooting (1.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (2.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing incident & problem management (3.) To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team (4.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases (5.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives (6.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
