Requirement

MALE Candidates only
Team Leader Customer Service Bangalore.

Can offer CTC            : 7 LPA (Max)
Experience level        :7 to 12 Years

Logging of customer complaints and closure of complaints as per the defined priority of the complaint received.

Updating Consignees/ Customers of Freight Status/ updating as received from Carrier.

Regular visits to Key Customers and target accounts along with Sales Staff and assist in Sales conversions efforts.

Dispute resolution with Overseas if any on incorrect debit or credit notes to be resolved within one week from date of receipt.

Ensure to have written acknowledgement from Customers/ overseas partners on our quotation with Standard terms & Conditions.

To be responsible for ISO procedures and Objectives – e.g. issues/ complaint form and follow up action etc.

To maintain quotation report for gained and lost enquiries.

To ensure correct buy rate, sell rate and all origin charges are passed onto the billing staff to ensure correct billing to customers/overseas agent.

To prepare and maintain SOPs (along with Sales) for Contractual and “A” Class customers.

Ensure no overdue outstanding beyond approved credit period for branch and Corporate Clients owned by branch (non- sales) and support commercial department in all respect for timely recoveries.

No loss of customers due to Service issue.
