JD : Voice - Cisco Profile Requirement: Job Description: Individual software professional will get an opportunity to work with Contact Center Voice L3 Production Support team on various technologies like Java, VXML etc., and tools like Splunk, Introscope, App Dynamic, Nice, IEX etc.,. The primary responsibility is to ensure application stability and availability, incident management, Release support and to drive continuous process improvements and innovation to bring down cost of IT operations. Minimum Experience in Years: 3 Maximum Experience in Years: 8 Flexibility with Experience: Yes Shift Timings: 07:30 am to 7:30 pm rotatioanl shift including weekends Skills Must Have: Nice Voice Recording devices and solutions, NICE Recording Core Servers, NICE Interaction Management 4.1, MS SQL Primary: NICE Recording device Good to Have: IEX 6.4 WFM, Symon & NICE Engage, Java, VXML PlatForm: Voice
