Requirement

- Minimum 6-7 years of Experience and certified SNOW Administrator to provide Admin support on ServiceNow platform;
- Overall 6+ years of industry experience performing dev, admin or BA roles.
- Good in communication and should be able to interact with client team members – individual contributor with minimal supervision
- Must have very good understanding of ITIL processes – ITIL foundation certified is added advantage
- Perform checks and upkeep of the complete ServiceNow platform as a daily routine, Works on Incidents and initial Ideas;
- Work on all group change request, coordinates and provide inputs to development team, project manager, BAs;
- Perform weekly release management activities; Acts as a backup for Onsite admin member
- Shall perform standard changes to production, review, modify and configure Notifications
- Administration of data import/export between Service-now and other systems, support variety of ServiceNow module
