Our founder Hema is totally driven and committed to succeed. From a team of three people (two who had to be trained and coached) Live Connections now has over 100 employees. By sheer dint of hard work.

Hema has 17 years of experience in search and recruitment. She believes in innovative ways of sourcing talent and focusses on a partnership model when she works with clients and candidates. Hema has an MBA in marketing and foreign trade from the University of Madras.
