Happy to have been nominated as the Top Contributing member across the Globe (all Continents) for the first week of December by Shally (Founder & Sr. VP).
I only started posting 10 days before.

I am an Actively contributing Member of multiple Global Sourcing & Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Groups helping over 25,000 Mid level to CTO/CEO/Founder/VP folks, who most of all are Out of the Box Thinkers & Expert minds and some of them are Developers.

Though i am not a Developer, i understand the concepts and have a Technical bent of mind, using which i have helped CEO's/CTO's of Startups/Already Established Product Companies in the Recruitment Industry to transform their Products by recommending adding certain Product Functionality & improvements to their Applications so that their Products can be positioned as the Top Market players in the Industry based on how its Capabilities stack up against its competitors.
