Assistant Manager - Network Monitoring

Work Location - Chennai

This team is responsible for providing end to end support for the Astrazeneca network infrastructure which includes LAN, WAN, Wireless LAN, Firewall, Load balancer and Proxy services.

As a Network Operations monitoring lead, he will be responsible for leading a team of 10-15 Network Engineers some of whom are on shift to provide 24x7 cover.

•          Typically, 7-9 years of Experience supporting large scaler enterprise level network infrastructure.
•          3-5 years of experience managing teams.
•          Strong track record of managing resources.

• Candidate must have worked/handled the 24/7 Network Operations Centre or Support teams
• The candidate should hold very rich experience in corporate LAN & WAN infrastructure
• Knowledge on Network management tools such as Solarwinds, Netbrain, Splunk etc
• Basic Knowledge on Cisco Routers/Switches, Firewalls (Cisco ASA or Checkpoint) and Load balancers (F5/NetScaler)
• Strong working knowledge on ITIL (Incident / Problem / Change / Availability Management) 
• Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change.
