Working hours:  US shift (6:00 pm - 3:00 am)



Job Description: Day to day responsibilities of the contractor.


Maintain and support the environment and systems used to run the applications under the BMC Remedy AR System Platform Service (ITSM – Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, SRM – IT Services portal, CMDB, Data Interfaces to the AR System).


Job Requirements


Strong background of technical skills / experience supporting applications running on Windows and SQL Server Maintain flexible hours and potentially rotate on-call.

Coordinate and implement application enhancements and patches.

Leverage technical details specific to BMC AR System platform tools.

Communicate and work effectively with a global team.

Daily monitoring of system health.

Working with the vendor (BMC) on product issues, troubleshooting, and resolution.

Prefer prior experience using or supporting BMC Remedy tool.

Prefer prior experience interfacing with vendor support resources.

Prefer prior project experience working technical requirements, researching / addressing technical issues, and completing support related project deliverables.
