The Record-to-Report (RTR) team at the OGBS in India would support the RTR processes spanning across multiple countries (Origin countries) of Olam.

The team would primarily focus on the process area as stated above which would generally include the following sub-processes:

• General ledger accounting and month close processes

• Fixed assets accounting

• Account reconciliations

• Management reporting

• Warehousing and inventory accounting

• Financial statements and consolidation

• Various other reporting activities

These activities span across Enterprise wide solutions such as SAP and Oracle. The role would involve interactions with the Olam International finance teams.

As a service delivery manager, he/she would be accountable for

• Process Delivery

• Communication

• Leadership and People Management

• Delivery as per SLA / KPI & Process Improvements

• SOX Compliance & Controls

• Cross Functional Activities

8- 12+ years of relevant experience in RTR processes, preferably in agricultural commodities.

2 – 4 years of experience in supervisory role (managed at least 25 FTEs)

Prior experience in transition/project management

End-to-end knowledge of general accounting
