Requirement
Service
1) Responsible for managing the Investments & Insurance process
2) Ensure all TATs are met as per agreed SLA with respective countries
3) Ensure 100% accuracy in all investments & Banca Processes
4) Explore the possibility of automation of various processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery
5) To have proper engagement with all internal & external stakeholders.
6) Ensure customer portfolio is correctly updated in Investments & Banca systems thru proper data uploads
7) Ensure that the team achieves "Voice of customer" score of 4 & above
8) Ensure proper query handling desk is set and all queries are analysed to fix various issues Risk
9) To ensure all required controls and procedures are adhered to in all processes
10) Ensure satisfactory audit rating in both internal and external reviews
11) Ensure all reconciliation (GL and fund reconciliations) are in place and the outstanding items are reviewed and escalated appropriately
12) Perform periodic review of process notes.
13) Understand various Risk Management tools in the unit/ function and ensure the same is adhered to
14) Ensure BCP capability is developed for all critical processes in the unit People
15) Ensure that the team members are properly engaged thru regular interactions
16) Ensure that the Job objectives are properly defined to all reportees and regular feedbacks are given.
17) Ensure effective performance monitoring system is in place and proper appraisal & feedback mechanism is adhered in the unit
18) Develop proper training tools within the unit to ensure staffs are trained across various processes.
Others:
19) Deliver cost save initiatives.
20) Support migration of Investments & banca process from other countries into GSSC.
21) Co-ordinate and lntergrate various activities across functions relating to Investments & Bancassurance
