Oracle CPQ Analyst Position Summary Analyzes business requirements to create deliverables that meet the schedule assigned by Team Lead Scope of responsibility:

  • Develop customized solutions within the Oracle CPQ platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals.
  • Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Oracle CPQ instance, and conduct improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving requirements.
  • Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives.
  • Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Oracle CPQ environment, especially related to customized functionality, user permissions, security settings, custom attributes and tables. 
  • Collaborate with various teams (Oracle, SFDC etc) to ensure Oracle CPQ environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance.
  • Abides by requisite HR policies and activities including preparation for performance reviews, accurate time reporting, meet training deadlines, and participation in team definition of roles/responsibilities.
  • Works with team management to establish strategy and implementation plans for assigned deliverables.
  • Produces timely project progress and status reports for management review; proactively identifies any issues affecting timely completion of assignments
  • Willingness to work a rotating shift that includes US time zone hours Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree and/or experience
  • Minimum of 2-years prior experience in technical or functional projects with significant understanding of design/development/test/support methodology and practices
  • Experience in performing & documenting business requirement review, gap analysis, and configurations.
  • Ability to logically solve problems and complete assignments in an orderly and structured fashion.
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills and ability to perform well within team environments
  • BML and/or Oracle CPQ configuration experience
  • Experience with or integration to a plus
  • Oracle CPQ certifications a plus
