more than 6 +  years of experiene in application/production support in LINUX/UNIX/Windows environment.                                                                                                                                                                                                                
• Provide L1\L2 tier production support (oncall) for ETL jobs in production.                                                                                                                                                                                                                              • 1 +  years of experience leading a team of application support engineers.
• 4 + years understand\write\troubleshoot shell scripts and sql (Oracle) for regular maintenance jobs to improve performance and uptime and excellent knowledge of Windows batch scripting & Linux/UNIX shell scripting.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               • 3 + Experience working on java environment related to infrastructure/installs/upgrades.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    
• Collaborate internally with and external vendors to maintain SLA and provide escalations.
 • Maintenance of the Infrastructure platform LINUX/UNIX/Windows (upgrades, patches, health monitoring).                                                                                                                                                                                                                   • Worked on Change Management Tools to track all the incidents and changes and to plan the production changes as per the change management policies.
• Troubleshooting windows/linux scripts jobs and follow escalation procedures to resolve the issue coordinating with junior team members.
• Collaborate and work with development team on L3 issues and follow the task to completion.
• Report to upper management on KPI on incident management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), architectural solutions for infrastructure.
• Decisions on upcoming releases, risks, mitigation plan and create implementation plan.
• Ensures adherence to bank and information systems policies and procedures, security measures and audit standards.
• Able to understand process quickly and apply processes for improving support operations.
• Team player and mentor junior support engineers.
