The Pixels & BrAInwaves Contest will be governed by these T&C.

1. This is a Contest of Skill and not of Chance.
2. Eligibility: Employees of Live Connections, its group of companies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this contest.
3. Contest Duration:The duration of the contest is from 06th Aug to 15th Sep 2024.
4. Entry Fees : No purchase or payment is necessary for participating in the Contest
5. SM Platforms Disclaimer: This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with LinkedIn, Facebook or Twitter or other SM platforms.
6. Participant Agreement: Each participant agrees that he/she has read and understood these terms and by their participation in the contest, each participant agrees to be bound by the terms.
7. Lawfulness of Participation: Each participant must ensure their participation is lawful according to Indian laws.
8. Questionable Content: Copyrighted, obscene, provocative images will not be considered. Live Conenctions retains sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content.
9. Representations and Warranties: Live Connections nor its representatives shall make any representations regarding the lawfulness of participation.
10. Consent for Promotional Use: To the extent only permitted by applicable law, Live Connections reserves the right to use the winners’ images and names in post-promotion publicity material and in advertising, marketing or promotional material in any media by any means throughout the world for any purpose connected with the products/services of Live Connections and its Group of companies without additional compensation or prior notice to the winners and all participants consent to the same.
11. Timeframe for Claiming the Prize: The winner needs to submit all details as per the requirements of Live Connections and within the stipulated timeframes in order to claim the prize.
12. Winner Notification: The winners will be announced through the Live Conenctions' official Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and the Contests website.
13. No Public Upload: Contestants cannot upload their submitted creation on any public platform until the results are announced.
14. Disqualification: Incomplete information, failure to provide true and accurate information, or failure to submit proof of identification can lead to disqualification.
15. Live Connections' Discretion: Live Connections reserves the right to disqualify participants, change terms and conditions without notice or liability.
16. No Cash Alternative: There is no cash alternative to the stated prizes, and the prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Live Connections reserves the right to substitute either any part of Prize or whole Prize for similar prize of equal or greater value.
17. Inconsistent Terms: These terms and conditions prevail over any inconsistent advertising or promotional materials.
18. Eligibility Verification: Live Connections reserves the right to request proof of eligibility.
19. Liability Limitation: shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any claims, losses, damage, costs or expenses in connection with or arising from this Contest, the redemption or use of the Prizes.
20. Technical Issues: Live Connections accepts no responsibility for technical or access issues that may hinder entry into the Contest.
21. Additional Terms: Live Connections may impose additional terms and conditions to deal with unforeseen situations.
22. Changes to Terms and Conditions: Live Connections reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without notice or liability.
23. Permission to Distribute Submissions: Participants give express permission to Live Connections to freely distribute their submitted image.
24. Non-Confidential Material: Material sent to Live Connections, including feedback and submissions, shall be deemed non-confidential.
25. Indemnity: Participants undertake to indemnify and keep Live Connections harmless against any loss, damage, claims, costs, and expenses incurred due to breach of terms and conditions.
26. Special Priveleges; Each participant understands that each of the officials of Live Connections engaged in the organization and management of this Competition including its directors, officers, partners, employees, consultants, and agents are under no obligation to render any advice or service to any participant in respect of this Competition
27. Warranties, Guarantees, and Service: All warranties, guarantees, and service related to the prize shall be between the winner and the manufacturer. Live Connections shall not be responsible for any claims, damages, or expenses arising from or related to the prize.
28. In addition to these terms & conditions: Other specific terms may be imposed by Live Connections from time to time to deal with any unforeseen situation. Live Connections also reserves the absolute right to change the terms and conditions contained herein and, or, any other rules and regulations in respect of the Competition at any time without any notice, the itinerary, without assigning any reason and without any liability whatsoever. Participants are requested to refer to such other terms and conditions, if any, which may be intimated separately as Live Connections considers fit. However, no obligation is cast on Live Connections to separately intimate each individual participant with regard to such additional terms and conditions.
29. The decision of Live Connections will be final and binding.
30. Jurisdiction: The Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws in India and will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai alone.
