Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the ServiceNow HRSD Design Lead and Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Collaborate with product specialists and business stakeholders to translate HRSD business requirements into technical designs.
• Design and implement solutions for HR-scoped applications, including HR Service Portal, Knowledge Base, HR Case Management, Virtual Agent, Now Mobile App, Integration Hub, and Test Automation Framework.
• Provide guidance and support to development teams during sprints, ensuring solutions align with best practices and design standards.
• Assist operations teams in resolving complex production incidents and offer platform-wide support on ServiceNow-related topics.
• Advise Engineering Manager & PO on design options and ServiceNow feature capabilities.
• Collaborate with QA and ServiceNow support teams to address design gaps, defects, tickets, and enhancements.
• Ensure the overall health and scalability of the ServiceNow platform by sharing best practices and monitoring performance
