We began in contingency recruitment. Today our service offerings have grown and include, RPO, Search, Incubating Captives, Contract Staffing, Interview-as-a-Service and Talent Exit Management.
We bring to the table a cumulative recruitment experience built over two decades. We have placed over 60,000 people for 350+ clients in multiple domains. We began with recruiting for a few domains in 1996. Today our capability to service different domains has grown and we work with clients in Tech and Tech Enabled Services, Banking, Financial Services & Insurance, Manufacturing, Automotive, SCM & Logistics, FMCG, Durables, Retail and Energy.
We operate from 7 locations in 4 countries (India, UAE, Singapore and Qatar). Interns we placed in 1996 are today Senior Executives and CxO’s in Corporate India. This gives us access and connectivity that we continuously leverage. Above all, our ability to deliver and to partner with MNC giants has ensured that we remain top vendors with our clients.
With a couple of teammates and a handful of clients, we begin our journey in Chennai, India.

Hema founded Live Connections in Jan 1996.
A Literature graduate, an MBA from Department of Management Studies, University of Madras and a Masters in Psychotherapy and Counselling, she has 27 years’ experience out of which 23+ have been entrepreneurial.
She enjoys challenging and complex search mandates as well as working on any interesting and unique opportunity regardless of the level. She is a firm believer in work-life balance and an ardent champion of causes that help educate poor children.
She is based at Chennai but has an itinerant lifestyle that helps devote time and attention to all branches.
Raghav is a passionate recruiter with over 14 years of hands-on experience.
He has done his PG Diploma in HR & M.A in Criminology & Police Science. Prior to Live Connections, he worked with a Gulf-based recruitment firm in Bahrain.
At Live Connections, he heads the Chennai and Singapore branches and oversees the corporate administration functions. Raghav has rich experience in managing Executive Search, BFSI, Manufacturing, Engineering, Oil & Gas, Shipping & Logistics, KPO domains.
Isaac heads the Bangalore Branch, driving recruitment consulting services for the Information Technology, IT Enabled Services and Non-IT segments. He holds an MBA specialized in Information Technology and Human Resources.
He has over 13 years of rich experience in providing recruitment services to major clients in India and abroad with extensive exposure to recruitment of resources across the levels – predominantly search and lateral hiring.
He has exposure to multiple Industries: Information Technology, ITES (Call Centres / BPO/ KPO), BFSI, Media, Energy & Infrastructure, Engineering, Automobiles and Hospitality. He started his career with ITC (LRB Division), and has handled key positions with HRS, Ma Foi and Patt & Hoff Consultants prior to joining Live Connections.
Uma is the Director, GCC & APAC based in the United Arab Emirates. She has over 20 years of recruitment experience out of which the last decade has been in the GCC market. Uma was the first person to join LiveC and played a critical role in its growth and success.
She moved to head EMEA recruitment for 3i Infotech in Dubai. She re-joined LiveC in 2009 and has since been responsible for the meteoric growth of LiveC in UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain. She has hired talent from GCC, South Africa, Kenya and Ghana and has travelled extensively in these regions.
Uma and her team offer value added service, that goes beyond recruitment and involves high-end consulting in hiring, managing and retaining talent. She has strong influencing skills among large UAE corporates and has tremendous relationship skills. On a personal note, she is gregarious and witty, a voracious reader and avid movie and music enthusiast. She is a Maths graduate who is currently pursuing her MBA.

I am passionate about Interactive Digital Marketing, Recruitment, Sports, Reading, Traveling & Social work. I have gained experience from various organizations over the past 10 years which has helped improve my diversified skill set. I have also obtained certifications over the years which enhanced my knowledge in the field of Interactive Digital Marketing. I’ve spent a considerable amount of time in Toronto studying, working, training and travelling. I have been exposed to diverse cultures and am comfortable working with people from all backgrounds. My time in Qatar has further added to my global experience. The journey in Human Resources has been fascinating so far and I have thoroughly enjoyed connecting with people from different backgrounds. With a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications from Madras University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from IMT Ghaziabad, Varun joined Live Connections in March 2006 and rapidly progressed to the esteemed LC UAE office in January 2010. Over his illustrious 17 year career, he has built a strong reputation for delivering recruitment services to major clients in the region, with extensive exposure in Executive search and lateral hiring.
A consummate professional, Varun brings an array of critical skills to the table, including Head Hunting , Account Mining , Market Intelligence and People Management.
