• Prior experience in application support or a similar role. • Strong knowledge of Liner shipping business applications and their functionalities. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically. • Exceptional customer service and communication skills. • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Basic knowledge on JIRA / MS office.

Bachelor’s degree in information management or related fields will be plus
