Proven working experience in compensation, benefits, or job evaluation. • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, complex modeling) and PowerPoint. • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and job evaluation software (e.g., Mercer, Hay). • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to manage complex datasets and reports. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting ideas and findings clearly. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). • Certification in HR or Compensation and Benefits (e.g., SHRM, CCP, GRP) is an advantage.
