Java Tech Anchor – Full Stack (Spring Boot, Microservices, GCP)
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES
– Lead end-to-end project management for full stack Java solutions, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
– Manage and mentor development teams working on Spring Boot, Microservices, and GCP-based applications.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
– Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and quality delivery.
– Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, cloud architecture, and DevOps processes.
– Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and cloud teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
– Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to senior management and clients.
– Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the team.
– Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to optimize project outcomes.
