• Install, configure, and administer Microsoft SCOM 2016/2019/2022 environments.
• Create and maintain management packs, monitors, rules, and alerts.
• Manage and optimize SCOM agents, gateways, and resource pools.
• Integrate SCOM with other System Center components (SCCM, Service Manager, etc.) and third-party monitoring tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SCOM services, consoles, agents, and reporting.
• Configure dashboards, views, and reports for performance and availability monitoring.
• Develop and implement custom monitoring solutions using scripts (PowerShell, VBScript, etc.).
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of SCOM infrastructure, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Work closely with application, server, and network teams to ensure comprehensive monitoring coverage.
• Ensure security compliance, patching, and version upgrades for the SCOM environment.
• Administration & Deployment: Design, implement, configure, and upgrade MS SCOM infrastructure (SCOM 2019/2022/2025) across a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Management Packs: Author, customize, and tune SCOM Management Packs (MPs), alert rules, and performance monitors to meet specific business and application requirements.
• Proactive Monitoring: Monitor the availability, performance, and health of Windows/Linux servers, network devices, databases (SQL Server), and cloud resources (Azure/AWS).
