• Ability to adapt to changing shifts and work in a 24×7 rotational environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Working knowledge of CRM tools and call centre technology is a plus.
High emotional intelligence and stress management. • Quick learner with a positive attitude.
Full-time education with minimum 15 years completed (10+2+3). • Degree Certificate & all Mark Sheets are mandatory for verification. • Preferred Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
