• Experience as an HCM/HRMS Business Analyst, with at least 2 Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or upgrades or migration project experience.
• Knowledge of core HR module concepts like Core HR, Absence, Time & Labor and understanding of end to end HR processes across modules.
• Translate functional requirements into Oracle Cloud HCM configuration (e.g., Fast Formulas, Business Rules, Value Sets, Eligibility Rules, Role Hierarchies) with hands-on.
• Document Functional specifications, BRD, FSD, Use cases etc. and developed QA, SIT and UAT scripts with active support in all phases.
• Good communication with the HR, Devs and all stakeholders to understand the business problem, constraints and work collaboratively to deliver feasible and scalable solution.
• Master the Oracle Cloud HCM data model (Core HR, Workforce Management) and map source systems to Oracle Cloud HCM tables and views.
