Key Responsibilities: • Define topics, queues, subscriptions and event contracts to support enterprise messaging • Design and implement messaging patterns such as publish / subscribe, durable queues, request/reply, retry dead-letter handling • Govern event payloads through schema registry management and enforce standards for consistency and compatibility • Establish topic taxonomy and naming conventions to ensure clarity and discoverability across domains • Enable reusable business events that can be leveraged across multiple business units • Provide support to publishers and consumers, ensuring smooth adaptation to event contracts and governance rules • Configure and manage Solace event broker for high performance, low-latency event streaming across hybrid and multi-cloud environments • Implement event mesh architecture using Solace to connect applications, microservices, and APIs across geographies • Monitor and optimize event delivery, throughput and reliability using Solace observability tools • Define and enforce event governance policies including schema validation, versioning and lifecycle management • Collaborate with Architecture teams to ensure event-driven design patterns align with enterprise integration strategy Required Skills & Experience
