• Current Grade: Candidates must currently be at Director / ED level. Tenured VP / SVP profiles will not be considered.
• Core Expertise: Deep, hands-on Stress Testing experience within a global bank
• Strong exposure to Regulatory & Internal Stress Testing, including end-to-end process ownership.
• Strong understanding of Risk, Finance, Treasury, Capital Planning and related stress-testing frameworks.
• Adjacent profiles from Risk / Treasury / Valuations / Product Control / Financial Reporting can be considered only where they have strong direct Stress Testing exposure.
• Proven experience managing large global teams, ideally 175–180+ FTE.
• Transformation: Strong experience in Global Process Ownership, Target Operating Model, process standardisation and transformation, including eliminating regional/country-level variations.
• Governance & Controls: Strong experience with controls, governance, regulatory requirements, audit scrutiny and 1st/2nd Line of Defence.
