• Monitor real-time transactions in Falcon Fraud Manager and its related applications, system issues, and provide quick fixes.
• Monitoring transaction flow and identify processing delay or failures.
• Perform DR (Disaster Recovery) drills and ensure system readiness and failover validation.
• Manage change deployments including planning, execution, validation, and rollback.
• Maintain operational trackers, dashboards, and ITLM (Incident/Task Lifecycle Management) records.
• Handle incident management (L2/L3), including troubleshooting, resolution, and RCA documentation.
• Maintain and update deployment documents, SOPs, and knowledge base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, infra, DB, application teams) for smooth operations and issue resolution.
