1. Strong with identifying regulatory and compliance risks in the business requirements
2. Provide mitigation to risk identified
3. Coordinate with the Agile teams to make sure risk, its impact are clearly understood and a proper mitigation is built into the requirements
4. This person will act as the risk steward from India for two pods
5. This role is required to interact with onsite client counterparts from the bank’s function teams such as legal, risk, regulatory and compliance to discuss any mitigation strategies
