Lead the FP&A and Business Finance function by managing budgeting, forecasting, P&L ownership, variance analysis, pricing and commercial evaluations, revenue management, and profitability improvement initiatives. Partner closely with business leaders to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, drive cost optimization, and lead finance process automation while ensuring effective financial governance and team management.
