The Company Trainee (Operator) will be responsible for performing hands-on manufacturing, assembly, welding and brazing operations on the production floor. The role involves working with HVAC and electrical components, operating manual or semi-automated equipment, supporting production line activities and achieving daily production targets. Candidates should have a Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or a recognized welding/brazing certification, with 3–6 months of practical experience. They must follow quality and safety standards and be willing to work in rotational shifts.
