Excellent knowledge & Experience various CAD tools – AutoCAD, Creo-Parametric, Etc. 2D drawings, 3D modelling using various CAD tools Proficiency in Gear Design Software’s (KiSSsoft, KiSSsys, Or Equivalent) Knowledge of finite element analysis (FEA) & Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Good understanding of Mechanical components of gear box (Gears, Bearing, Housings, Seals) Proven experience in drive train design such as belt drives, planetary gear box & gear boxes required for reduction of speed as per application torque and speed requirement. Knowledge of SAP/PLM system Product & material life cycle of design & process, Change management process knowledge Gear standards, Automotive standards & various Gear validation tests. Prior experience in electric scooter/ vehicle Drive train development will be an added advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
