PUNE • Have a degree level education; preferably Computer Science (Bachelor or Master’s degree).
• Have 8+ years in application development with strong knowledge on SDLC, working on all components of software lifecycle.
• Strong in analysis, design, development, testing and troubleshooting solutions.
• Proficiency in Java (21 and above is a plus) and Springboot backends
• Proficiency in Typescript/React, ability to maintain complex and scalable frontend applications
• Mastery in at least one CSS library (SCSS/Less/Tailwind..)
• Good knowledge of Cloud technologies is preferred (Azure)
• Hands-on experience with Azure services and tooling, including Azure App Service or AKS, Azure Functions, Service Bus or Event Hubs, Key Vault, Azure DevOps CI/CD, Azure Monitor/Application Insights, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Skills in using SQL, JPA, and databases like PostgreSQL or MSSQL.
• Exposure to IaC technologies like Terraform.
• Experience in working with Agile methodologies
• Fluent in development methods, tools and techniques, systems design and architecture.
• Comfortable working with people from a diversity of backgrounds and cultures.
• Well-developed business communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Ability to naturally facilitate approach to problem solving.
• Strong personal prioritization and time management.
