Ideal candidate should have started their career as a Quantitative Analyst/Researcher or Data Scientist and subsequently transitioned into a Product Manager role. Strong academic credentials are essential, with a preference for candidates from IITs or IIMs. The candidate should also have at least one substantial and stable tenure of 2–3+ years with a reputed large organization. Prior experience in Investment Management, Asset Management, Banking, or other large Financial Services organizations is mandatory/preferred.
