Anyone who works with Java, Microservices, Spring Boot and with DB e.g. Oracle/ SQL and candidate should be versed in JAVA-based application development. Basic principles of agile software development knowing this is meant to improve and enforce current TD software development standards and practices.
Working in a POD will mean the developer has a role to play for the Agile team to act cohesively, to ensure they align with the above skill set.
