We’re looking for a Java Technical developer experienced in building Network Management Systems (NMS) and Element Management Systems (EMS), with hands-on knowledge of telecom/network protocols and FCAPS functionality. You’ll design and develop services for alarms, performance, inventory, and topology; integrate northbound/southbound interfaces; and ensure scalable, reliable network management solutions.
