The role involves reviewing and assigning accurate Home Health medical codes while ensuring compliance with coding standards, regulatory guidelines, and OASIS requirements. The candidate will be responsible for managing coding quality, productivity, and timely delivery of assignments, conducting coding audits, monitoring team performance against SLAs and KPIs, and providing constructive feedback to improve accuracy. They will lead, mentor, and support coding teams, coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders, resolve operational and coding-related issues, prepare performance reports and MIS, identify and implement process improvements, manage resource allocation and workload distribution, maintain documentation accuracy and data confidentiality, and drive continuous quality and operational excellence in Home Health coding delivery.
