Responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network devices such as routers, switches, and load balancers. Manage network changes, IOS upgrades, routing configurations, and security hardening activities. Monitor network performance and logs, perform RCA for issues, coordinate with service providers for incident resolution, and maintain operational documentation and reports.
