• At least 4 to 6 years of work experience in supporting O365 & Exchange infrastructure
• At least 3+ years of work experience in supporting MS Teams and MS OneDrive & Intune
• Strong troubleshooting skills in various versions of Exchange Online/ Exchange 2013/2016 • Strong troubleshooting and administration skills in MS Teams/OneDrive • Strong troubleshooting and administration skills in MS Intune and willing to work in a 24 X 7 support
