An OIM administrator is responsible for managing the entire user lifecycle across various enterprise systems, including provisioning, deprovisioning, access requests, role assignments, and identity reconciliation.

“Should have 4 ~ 8 years of development experience in Oracle Identity Management with good communication skills. • Integration experience of OIM with source systems – HR systems, Databases, LDAP Directories, Legacy systems and disconnected application. Thorough understanding of building workflows, OIM 11gR2 / 12c related objects, customization to OIM user/admin screens. Requirement gathering and analysis, design and implement OIM 11gR2 / 12c Solutions”
