• Complete and maintain the CMDB with the relevant information for concerned application scope Act as issue owner for related technical and functional issues for the concerned applications. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, where needed in coordination with local support, key users, infrastructure or security teams and external partners
• Perform thorough root cause analysis and propose and implement structural fixes to prevent reocurrence
• Escalate critical issues to a higher level, where necessary, ensuring swift resolution
• Define required metrics and steer on them to ensure continuity of the migrated locally hosted applications
• Identify user base and support needs to ensure appropriate operational management of the applications and align this with service delivery management
• Identify available vendor support and where needed adjust or extend the service to align to needs together with Service Delivery Management
