seeking a Portfolio Management Manager is in the Fund Finance Group (FFG) team that sits within the CIB division in India. Fund Finance business of Wells, Company provides structured lending solutions to large global fund managers and asset managers, mainly private equity, private debt and real estate funds in US and Europe. The Fund Finance India team supports the global fund finance business in performing credit analysis, credit writing, risk analysis, portfolio management and automation activities. Processes performed by the India team are evolving with significant growth as we transition critical processes from the global team.
This is a people manager role where you will lead a team which performs the above-mentioned activities. A successful candidate will collaborate and work closely with the CIB India leadership team, FFG India head, as well as the key stakeholders in New York, Charlotte (North Carolina) and London. The role provides significant opportunities to learn, develop, be an enabler, undertake new initiatives and become a core/integral member of the global team.
The CIB team in India has hybrid work model with a 60:40 work-from-office/work-from-home flexibility.
