The role requires deep expertise in change management, business analysis, and Target Operating Model (TOM) design and implementation, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities
1. Change & Transformation Delivery
• Lead and support end-to-end change initiatives across business and technology domains
• Assess impacts of change and define change strategies, roadmaps, and transition plans
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure adoption, readiness, and sustainability of change
2. Target Operating Model (TOM) Design
• Define and implement Target Operating Models including:
o Business processes
o Organizational structure
o Governance frameworks
o Technology enablement
