The Role

As a Senior Contact Center Solution Engineer, you will architect and implement next-generation contact center technologies, focusing on Webex Contact Center, Cisco UCCE/CVP, and AI-driven customer engagement solutions. You’ll play a key role in building seamless, integrated contact center environments for enterprise clients.
5 to 10 years
• Strong knowledge of Webex Contact Center (WxCC) architecture and APIs. • Experience in Cisco UCCE, CVP, and IVR development (VXML, Java/C#). • Conversational AI development with Dialogflow CX. • Proficiency with SQL Server, and knowledge of ETL. • Programming experience in Python, Java, C#, or Node.js. • Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). • API development and integration experience (RESTful APIs).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
