• 8+ years of Contract Management / CLM experience within Banking/Financial Services, specifically managing contracts and understanding the sourcing-to-contract lifecycle.
• Strong Financial Services domain expertise preferably across Brokerage, Clearing Houses, Exchanges, Asset Management, Trading Platforms, Nostro or related Financial Services operations.
• Strong understanding of how Financial Services categories are sourced within a bank and how sourcing, contract management and supplier management connect across the lifecycle.
• Hands-on end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management covering contract obligations, governance, compliance, amendments, renewals, expiry and exit/termination.
• Strong understanding of contract structure, clauses, commercial terms, pricing and obligations, with good commercial acumen.
• Exposure to TPRM / Risk Assessment, supplier governance, regulatory compliance, audit and risk mitigation; however, pure TPRM profiles should not be targeted.
