• Manage and support Cisco video conferencing devices such as Room Kits, TelePresence systems, and Webex-integrated devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to video conferencing, call quality, and device connectivity.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Cisco Voice Gateways (ISR, CUBE) and SBCs.
• Work on SIP trunking, dial plans, call routing, and interworking between voice/video systems.
• Support Webex Calling, Webex Meetings, and Webex Control Hub configurations.
• Provide operational support for UC components like Call Managers (CUCM), Unity Connection, Expressway, and Jabber/Webex App.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams for seamless UC service delivery.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and proactive monitoring of Cisco video and UC infrastructure.
• Participate in on-call rotation and handle escalations as needed.
