• Solution Architecture & Design: Lead the end-to-end architectural design and development of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives, IT strategy, and best practices.
• Hands-on Development: Serve as a hands-on technical expert, configuring, customizing, and developing complex functionalities on the ServiceNow platform, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Technical Leadership: Act as a technical advisor and mentor for developers and administrators, providing guidance on best practices, code reviews, and complex problem-solving.
• Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and design documents.
• Integration and Automation: Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using various methods (REST, SOAP, etc.) and drive automation initiatives across the platform.
• Platform Governance & Optimization: Define and enforce architectural standards and governance models. Proactively identify and address issues related to platform performance, scalability, and security.
• Strategic Roadmapping: Contribute to the long-term technical roadmap for the ServiceNow platform, evaluating new features and recommending future enhancements.
