We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Business Analyst with over 12 years of experience to drive large-scale transformation initiatives. The role requires deep expertise in change management, business analysis, and Target Operating Model (TOM) design and implementation, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities
1. Change & Transformation Delivery
• Lead and support end-to-end change initiatives across business and technology domains
• Assess impacts of change and define change strategies, roadmaps, and transition plans
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure adoption, readiness, and sustainability of change
2. Target Operating Model (TOM) Design
• Define and implement Target Operating Models including:
o Business processes
o Organizational structure
o Governance frameworks
o Technology enablement
• Conduct current state (AS-IS) assessments and design future state (TO-BE) models
• Ensure alignment with strategic goals and regulatory/compliance requirements
3. Business Analysis & Requirements Management
• Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and validation activities
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions
• Drive gap analysis, impact analysis, and solution design
