GIS – Transition PMO (Program Management Office)
The Transition PMO is responsible for supporting and governing the successful transition of IT Infrastructure services from customers or incumbent vendors into the organization. The role involves project planning, tracking, reporting, stakeholder coordination, risk management, resource onboarding, and ensuring all transition activities are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with contractual and governance requirements. The individual acts as a central point of coordination between customers, transition managers, delivery teams, and leadership to ensure a smooth handover to steady-state operations.
This role requires strong project management, communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills, along with experience in managing large-scale infrastructure transition programs across multiple regions.
