. Workday HCM Configuration & Functional Delivery
• Configure and maintain:
o Core HCM (worker lifecycle, org structures, job profiles)
o Benefits (plan setup, enrollments, eligibility rules)
o Compensation (base pay, merit, bonus, advanced comp)
o Talent (performance, goals, succession, talent profiles)
o Recruiting (job requisition, candidate lifecycle, offer mgmt)
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions
• Support end-to-end business processes across hire-to-retire lifecycle

2. Requirements Gathering & Solution Design
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders
• Prepare functional design documents (FDDs) and configuration workbooks
• Recommend best practices leveraging Workday functionality
• Ensure data accuracy, audit readiness, and governance
