• Ownership of Independent Price Verification (IPV) framework
• Balance Sheet Substantiation & Daily P&L Controls
• Deep Treasury domain exposure – IRRBB, Liquidity, FTP, ALM, Capital
• Direct engagement with Regulators & Statutory/Internal Auditors
• Design & implementation of Treasury Controllership Frameworks
• Strong Risk & Controls Governance mindset
• Leadership of large teams + Treasury finance transformation initiatives
• Managing large teams (15–40+)
• Treasury controllership & transformation team leadership
• Succession planning & capacity planning
• Performance management & talent development
• CA / CPA / ACCA / CFA (Strongly Preferred)
• 12–15+ years in Banking Treasury Finance
• Global bank or large private bank preferred
